Gert, Managing Partner

Gert has been in the construction industry for over 16 years. Starting out on commercial construction and restoring pre-war architectural designed buildings, such as churches and cathedrals right after high school, his knowledge is unparalleled. Moving on to restoration and remodeling of Tri-State area townhomes and apartments, his knowledge and craftsmanship became exceptional. Three years ago, he turned his passion into a business that focuses on the long-term goals and satisfaction of his clients.

Erion, Managing Partner

Erion has 18 years of experience working throughout NYC buildings.  He leads the team in construction management and daily tasks. He has a knack for delivering projects on time and on budget. He's all about the details and loves adding those finishing touches that bring a project together. Three years ago, he co-founded MSV Builders to lead this company into delivering quality and honest work the only way he knows how.
